CLOSER
CLOSER è il tema dei PhMuseum Days 2024 — Festival Internazionale di Fotografia con base a Bologna. Il progetto di comunicazione visiva, stampato in risograph su formato A3, rivela solo frammenti dei progetti, stimolando un gioco di osservazione tra lontano e vicino, grande e piccolo.

The communication for this edition showcases the artists’ projects, but only partially: it reveals certain fragments while concealing many others; it allows us to see details, yet denies us the clarity of the whole. It is a magnifying lens that unveils the nature of the printed image and forces us into a shifting game of observation — between near and far, large and small, blurred and sharp. The entire communication system is based on the DIN A3 format, from which all other formats and proportions were derived.

The catalogue, produced for the PhMuseum Days 2024, was printed in Risograph between July and September 2024, using 2,000 white sheets, 185 yellow sheets, 55 banana-fiber masters, 120 rubber bands, 4 tubes of soy-based ink, and 10 hands.
