The workshop aimed to explore the various possibilities for representing reality through illustration, with the goal of creating an author’s sketchbook. During the activity, the participants experimented with different illustration approaches, tools, and techniques, moving through the spaces of Giardini Margherita to identify subjects to represent. They began with life drawing and progressed to new, personal interpretations of the naturalistic subjects they encountered.
